CapitaLand Development begins apartment handovers at Lumi Hanoi
CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam has officially handed over 2,375 Lumi Signature apartments, the first completed phase of the Lumi Hanoi project. Located in the western part of Hanoi, this milestone marks the initial delivery of one of CLD’s largest residential developments in the region.
The Lumi Hanoi project spans 5.6 hectares and consists of nine towers ranging from 29 to 35 floors, totaling nearly 4,000 units including one-to-three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Developed by CLD in joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate and Far East Organization, the project offers varying handover standards: standard apartments are fully finished, duplexes are delivered with basic finishes, and penthouses are delivered in raw condition to allow for personalization.
Tan Tze Wooi, General Director of CapitaLand Development Vietnam, stated that the handover is a significant milestone for customers and a result of years of careful planning and quality implementation. This event is part of a broader roadmap for CLD to deliver nearly 3,000 homes across Vietnam in 2026.
