Capolago music band launches crowdfunding for school renovation

The Banda Musicale G. Verdi di Capolago Aps has launched a crowdfunding campaign titled ‘La musica che include’ to transform spaces in the former Baracca school in Capolago into music, teaching, and inclusion centers. The project aims to provide facilities for youth, schools, and music therapy programs.

The campaign, hosted on the Ginger platform, seeks to raise funds to renovate an initial multifunctional music room. Bcc di Busto Garolfo e Buguggiate has pledged to provide 30% of the remaining funds once 70% of the goal is reached through community donations, while also supporting platform costs and training.

If successful, the initiative intends to progressively redevelop up to three available classrooms to revitalize the former school building for community use.
