Capri investigation: Sister seeks justice for costume designer Luca Canfora

Three years after the death of costume designer Luca Canfora in Capri, his sister, Stefania Canfora, is calling for truth and justice regarding the circumstances of his passing.

Canfora, known for his work on the Oscar-winning film ‘La Grande Bellezza’ and his recent collaboration with director Paolo Sorrentino on the film ‘Parthenope’, was found dead in the waters of Capri. While initial theories suggested suicide or an accident, investigators have also explored the possibility of voluntary homicide.

The ongoing judicial inquiry has recently focused on a suspect accused of providing false testimony, as surveillance footage reportedly contradicts certain statements made during the investigation. Authorities have also sought assistance from director Paolo Sorrentino to help reconstruct movements and details from the film set during that period.
