Capricorn Bioceanic Corridor tourism caravan evaluates regional integration

Tourism representatives from the Northern Salta Chamber of Tourism have launched a cross-border expedition to evaluate the integration routes of the South American Chaco. Driven by the Capricorn Bioceanic Corridor Tourism Board, the caravan aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of regional tourism offerings, road infrastructure, and customs logistics.

Unlike previous pedestrian or institutional meetings, this initiative involves providers traveling in their own vehicles to experience the same conditions as tourists. The assessment includes monitoring customs wait times, mechanical services, healthcare coverage, insurance, and road conditions. The route connects Argentina, Bolivia, and Paraguay, passing through locations such as Yacuiba, Villa Montes, Mariscal Estigarribia, and Filadelfia.
