Car crashes in Madrid and Burgos injure two and kill one

Two separate road accidents occurred in Spain on Thursday. On the M‑601 near Collado Villalba in the Community of Madrid, two drivers aged 21 and 43 were trapped in their vehicles after a front‑side collision. They were extracted by firefighters and transferred in serious condition with multiple traumas to Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro and Hospital La Paz.

On the CL‑619 near Tórtoles de Esgueva in Burgos, a car left the road, rolled over and caused three occupants to be trapped. One man died on site while the other two were taken to the Burgos Health Complex and Hospital Santos Reyes in Aranda de Duero for treatment.
