Liverpool to host Tottenham in Carabao Cup third round

The Carabao Cup third-round draw has been completed, featuring several high-profile matchups as Premier League clubs entering the competition learn their opponents. A standout fixture sees Liverpool host Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.
