Carabao Cup third round schedule and broadcast details announced

The EFL has confirmed the schedule, broadcast selections, and full list of 32 teams for the Carabao Cup third round. The matches are set to take place over two weeks, beginning on Tuesday, September 8, and continuing through the week of September 14.

Key televised fixtures include Liverpool v Tottenham Hotspur, which will be broadcast on Sky Sports Football and ITV on Thursday, September 17, and Chelsea v Leeds United on Sky Sports Main Event. Other matches will be available via Sky Sports+.

The third round features several high-profile matchups, including Manchester United v Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester City v Norwich City, and Ipswich Town v Arsenal. Due to the draw structure, at least six clubs from lower leagues are guaranteed to reach the fourth round.
