Carabineros de Chile holds recruitment event in Linares

The Carabineros de Chile held a ‘Día del Postulante’ (Applicant Day) in Linares to engage with students and community members interested in joining the police force. The event, organized by the Linares Prefecture's Application Office, took place at the Alameda on Valentín Letelier Street.

Various specialized units participated to demonstrate their work and technological resources, including GOPE, OS7 (Drug Department), SIAT (Traffic Accident Investigation Section), LABOCAR (Criminalistics Laboratory), the Drone Section, Motorcyclists, Canine Training, and the SEBV (Service for the Search of Persons and Vehicles).

The initiative aimed to provide guidance to high school students and prospective applicants regarding entry requirements and career opportunities.
