Carabinieri Commander Sasso Iovene meets with retired officers in Reggio Emilia

Colonel Pasquale Sasso Iovene, the new Provincial Commander of the Carabinieri in Reggio Emilia, recently met with representatives from the Associazione Nazionale Carabinieri (ANC) in retirement at their local headquarters.

During the meeting, Colonel Sasso Iovene praised the retired officers, describing them as a fundamental pillar of the social fabric and the Reggio Emilia community. He highlighted their ongoing commitment to civic duty through volunteer work, urban security support, and various social solidarity projects across the province's municipalities.

Rocco Tommaselli, Vice Brigadier and President of the Association, expressed gratitude on behalf of the members for the Commander's visit, noting that the meeting reinforced the bond between active-duty personnel and retirees through shared values and tradition.
