Carabinieri conduct youth outreach programs across Italy
The Carabinieri are conducting various community outreach initiatives across Italy as part of the ‘Cultura della legalità’ (Culture of Legality) project, aimed at fostering dialogue with younger generations.
In Marlengo, approximately thirty children aged 10 to 11 from the ‘Kindersommer Marling’ summer camp met with officers from the Cermes and Merano stations. The children were shown operational equipment, including an Alfa Romeo Tonale and a Ducati Multistrada 1260 motorcycle, to help them understand the daily duties of the force.
Similarly, in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi, children from a summer school in Rocca San Felice visited the Carabinieri Company. During the visit, students explored the operations center and saw service vehicles. Participants were awarded ‘Carabinieri for a day’ certificates of merit to recognize their engagement and curiosity regarding the role of the institution in the community.
