Carabinieri report two Moroccan nationals for immigration violations in Italy

Carabinieri from the Fermo Provincial Command have reported two Moroccan nationals for immigration violations following security patrols in Porto Sant'Elpidio and Montegranaro.

In Porto Sant'Elpidio, a 39-year-old man without a fixed residence was found to be in violation of an expulsion decree issued by the Prefect of Milan in November 2023. The decree had required him to leave the country within seven days of notification. He has been directed to the local Questura for further legal evaluation.

In Montegranaro, a 44-year-old man was detained during a late-evening check. Although he possessed his national passport, he lacked a valid residence permit. Both individuals were processed and instructed to report to the local police headquarters to determine their legal status or potential repatriation.
