Carabinieri thwart four elderly fraud attempts in Mandamento Baianese

Four attempted scams targeting elderly residents in the Mandamento Baianese region were successfully thwarted. The perpetrators used telephone calls, impersonating law enforcement officers to demand money or the delivery of gold jewelry.
