Carbonia hosts concerts by Samurai Jay and Bobby Solo

The city of Carbonia is hosting two major concerts in Piazza Roma as part of its Summer Tour, organized by the Pro Loco and the local municipality.

On September 19, 2026, the rapper and singer-songwriter Samurai Jay (Gennaro Amatore) is scheduled to perform at 22:45, following a local DJ set starting at 21:30. On September 20, 2026, the legendary Italian musician Bobby Solo will perform starting at 22:15.

To manage the expected crowds and ensure public safety, local authorities have issued ordinances regarding traffic and security. These include road closures and parking bans on several streets, including via Roma, via Oberhausen, via Manno, and piazza Matteotti, during the evening hours of both concert dates. Additionally, there is a ban on the sale and use of glass and metal beverage containers in the event area between 17:00 and 02:00 to prevent safety hazards.
