The Carcabuey City Council has approved the Local Plan for Childhood and Adolescence 2027-2030. The strategic document serves as a roadmap for municipal policies regarding minors over the coming years.

The plan was developed through an extensive participatory process involving children, adolescents, municipal staff, social and educational agents, and the general public. This collaborative approach followed a previous participatory diagnosis to define priorities, objectives, and timelines for the municipality.
