American rapper Cardi B has shared her anxieties regarding a potential cosmetic procedure to improve the shape of her breasts. During a conversation with fans on X Spaces, the 34-year-old artist admitted that while she wishes to refresh her appearance, she experiences an unexplained fear of the surgery itself.

Cardi B noted that having four children has caused changes to her body, describing her breasts as having become saggy over time. She clarified that her goal is not necessarily to change their size, but to address issues with shape and the size of her areolas, which she stated makes wearing certain clothing difficult.

The rapper previously underwent breast enlargement at age 18 to combat insecurities during her youth. Despite her long-standing thoughts on undergoing a corrective procedure, she remains uncertain if she will ultimately proceed with the operation.
