Cardi B single “AH HA” debuts at number two on Billboard charts
Cardi B’s new single, “AH HA,” has debuted at number two on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart, selling 8,000 copies. The track was prevented from reaching the top spot by Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.” This marks Cardi B’s twenty-sixth top 10 appearance on the chart.
The rapper also addressed the high production costs of the “AH HA” music video, stating it cost nearly $1 million. Cardi B cited the logistical difficulties of filming in New York City, including the need for approximately 40 NYPD officers, various permits, and managing large crowds. While the artist pointed to police presence as a major expense, New York City officials have indicated that NYPD assistance for permitted productions is typically provided at no cost.
