Cardiff build-to-rent tower secures £67m financing deal

A £67.2 million financing package has been secured to support Harlech Court, a 30-storey build-to-rent development currently under construction in Cardiff. Close Brothers Property Finance provided the facility to Draycott Group for the 340-home residential scheme.

As one of the tallest buildings in Wales, the project aims to address the growing demand for professionally managed rental accommodation in the Welsh capital. Construction is currently underway, with Intelle Construction serving as the main contractor and a tower crane already installed on site.
