Cardiologist Aurelio Rojas and Doctor Lazarraga promote menopause supplements

Cardiologist Aurelio Rojas advises women over 40 to take three science‑backed supplements to ease menopausal changes. He recommends magnesium (200–400 mg of bisglycinate or citrate taken an hour before bedtime) to improve sleep, reduce fatigue and relax muscles, omega‑3 fatty acids (at least 1,000 mg daily with a full stomach) to protect heart health and reduce inflammation, and creatine as an additional support for overall energy.

Separately, Doctor Lazarraga has launched Menopausia Nocta Plus, a dietary supplement formulated for night‑time menopausal symptoms. The product combines sage extract, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12, D3, K2, ashwagandha (Sensoril), and melatonin, aiming to alleviate hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, and promote deep sleep.

Both pieces of advice target the hormonal, cardiovascular and sleep challenges that many women face during menopause, emphasizing natural nutrients rather than pharmaceutical solutions.
