Cardiologist César Berenstein hosts heart health seminar in Puerto Almanza

Dr. César Berenstein, a prominent cardiologist and former vice president of the Argentine Cardiac Society, conducted an open and free educational session in Puerto Almanza, Tierra del Fuego. The event was organized following an invitation from provincial director Hugo Peralta.

The seminar targeted local residents, police officers, and military personnel stationed in the area. Moving away from traditional medical lecture formats, Berenstein utilized an accessible and informal approach to discuss cardiovascular disease prevention, healthy eating, stress management, and emotional well-being.

The session allowed participants to ask direct questions regarding their own health and daily lifestyle challenges. The event concluded with a musical segment led by the physician.
