Cardo Group acquires Aspect Group Services

Cardo Group, a Cardiff-based property services firm, has acquired Norfolk-based Aspect Group Services for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition marks Cardo Group’s 17th takeover and its fifth acquisition in 2026.

Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Wymondham, Aspect Group Services provides roofing, renewables, and building maintenance across the private, commercial, and public sectors in East Anglia. The company reported a turnover of £20.5m and a pre-tax profit of £2.8m in its most recent accounts, employing an average of 65 staff.

Cardo Group chief executive Liam Bevan stated that Aspect Group Services brings highly regarded expertise and a strong track record in property services. Aspect Group Services managing director Matt Dillon noted that the partnership will allow the business to build on its heritage while benefiting from additional investment and capability.

This move follows several other recent acquisitions by Cardo Group this year, including R. Lewis & Co, EFS Systems (UK), Trident Maintenance Services, and Correct Contract Services. The legal and professional services firm Knights advised Cardo on the deal.
