Cardo Group acquires Correct Contract Services

Cardo Group has acquired Andover-based Correct Contract Services (CCS), a move intended to bolster its energy and compliance capabilities. The acquisition expands Cardo Group’s presence across South and Central England.

CCS supports more than 50,000 properties, providing electrical, heating, and retrofit services to local authorities and social housing landlords. The company, founded in 2007 by Danny Gladwyn and the late Trevor Dempsey, has grown to employ over 280 staff members.

This deal follows Cardo Group’s recent acquisition of R. Lewis & Co and is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen its integrated service offerings and national reach.
