Cardone Capital acquires 1,200 Bitcoin and 2,000 multifamily units
Cardone Capital has expanded its hybrid investment strategy by acquiring approximately 1,200 Bitcoin and roughly 2,000 multifamily housing units. The $5.3 billion private equity firm utilizes rental cash flow from its real estate holdings to fund recurring Bitcoin purchases through a dollar-cost averaging model.
This approach aims to increase digital asset exposure by using income generated from apartment buildings to buy Bitcoin, particularly during market downturns. Grant Cardone has indicated a goal to accumulate 10,000 BTC across ten specialized investment funds. Unlike public companies that may issue debt or stock to acquire Bitcoin, Cardone Capital relies on property-generated income and private fund structures to maintain flexibility in holding both real estate and digital assets.
