Cards Against Humanity announces Elon Musk monument amid Texas land dispute

Cards Against Humanity has announced plans to erect a monument mocking Elon Musk near his SpaceX Starbase facility in Texas. The project, titled the ‘Official Elon Musk is a Sad Little B-tch with No Friends Monument,’ is intended to sit on a parcel of land owned by the game company along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The announcement follows a $15 million lawsuit filed by the Chicago-based company against SpaceX in September 2024. Cards Against Humanity alleges that SpaceX trespassed on and damaged its property by using the site as an informal storage yard for heavy equipment, construction materials, and gravel.

The company further claims that after the alleged trespassing was discovered, SpaceX offered to purchase the land but provided only a 12-hour window to accept a price that was less than half of the property's perceived value. The allegations in the lawsuit remain unproven.
