Career development events held in Kamienna Góra and Warsaw

Various career development initiatives took place in Poland, focusing on connecting students and job seekers with the evolving labor market.

In Kamienna Góra, the National Career Week 2026 featured discussions on future competencies, new technologies, and artificial intelligence. Arkadiusz Dybiec, President of the Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone for Small Enterprises, participated in the event, which emphasized the enduring importance of human roles despite increasing automation and technological shifts.

Simultaneously, the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Management hosted its 10th anniversary Career Day in October 2026. The two-day event facilitated direct networking between students, graduates, and numerous major corporations and institutions, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Goldman Sachs, TikTok, and JPMorganChase, to discuss internships, career paths, and industry expectations.
