Career forums connect students with employers at Bulgarian universities

Career forums held at Bulgarian universities are facilitating direct connections between students and major employers to enhance professional integration.

At the Technical University of Gabrovo, a career days event brought together students and representatives from leading companies. The forum, supported by a long-standing partnership with JobTiger, aims to provide students with internship and employment options while allowing them to build professional networks. University Rector Prof. Dr. Eng. Iliya Zhelezarov emphasized the importance of this ecosystem for connecting education with business needs.

In Plovdiv, the University of Food Technologies hosted the third edition of the ‘Career Navigator’ forum. More than 30 companies, including the pharmaceutical enterprise Biovet, participated to present internship and job opportunities. Rector Prof. Dr. Galin Ivanov noted that such cooperation serves as an investment in human potential and the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy, helping students understand the professional environments they will enter after graduation.
