Carezza Dolomites prepares for FIS Snowboard World Cup

FIS officials Uwe Beier and Peter Krogoll conducted a summer inspection in Carezza Dolomites to review preparations for the upcoming FIS Snowboard World Cup. The visit included an analysis of the previous edition and a discussion regarding the upcoming parallel giant slalom events scheduled for December 17, 2026.

Organizers, including President Andreas Obkircher, confirmed that optimizations for the Pra di Tori slope and athlete training areas are planned for the coming months. To ensure optimal track conditions, Florian Eisath, CEO of the local lift company, announced that a snow groomer will be rented exclusively for one month to prepare the World Cup course.
