CarGurus announces 2026 Top Dealer Award winners

CarGurus has announced the winners of its 2026 Top Dealer Awards, recognizing high-performing dealerships across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Now in its 12th year, the program identifies less than 10% of the companies on the platform that meet specific excellence criteria.

Winners are selected based on verified customer reviews and marketplace data. The awards are divided into two primary categories: Top Rated Dealers, which requires an average customer satisfaction score of at least 4.5 out of 5, and Top Value Dealers, which recognizes the 100 dealerships in each region with the highest share of inventory offering “Good” or “Great” deal ratings.

Sam Zales, President and Chief Operating Officer of CarGurus, stated that the awards aim to make car shopping more transparent and provide a trusted signal for consumers. Awarded dealers receive special badging on the CarGurus website and physical signage for their locations.
