Caribbean art festivals highlight local talent in Antigua and Barbuda and Bermuda

Caribbean nations are hosting significant cultural festivals to showcase local talent and boost tourism.

Antigua and Barbuda Art Week is scheduled for November 11–18, 2026. Organized by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority alongside independent creators, the festival features exhibitions, studio visits, and workshops. Highlights include the ‘Symphony of Colours’ at Redcliffe Quay and an exhibition at the E. T. Henry Gallery featuring over 30 local artists. The program also includes the ‘Rising Stars of Art’ student exhibition and the ‘Jam Bull’ tradition, which integrates folklore with dance and poetry.

In Bermuda, Art Month is currently underway with over 100 experiences scheduled through October. The Bermuda Tourism Authority has highlighted events such as the ‘Atlantic Voices’ exhibition at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda, which connects artists from Bermuda, The Bahamas, and the Azores. Other activities include a Live Art Dinner at The Loren and painting sessions in Prospero Cave. Participants can use an ‘Art Month Passport’ to collect stamps from various galleries and museums for rewards.
