Caribbean Court of Justice President faces leadership allegations

Allegations have surfaced regarding the leadership of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) President, Justice Winston Anderson. According to internal correspondence reported by the Trinidad Express, five of his six judicial colleagues have raised concerns regarding his administration.

The reported allegations include “dictatorial” administration, the manipulation of judicial panels, and attempts to influence colleagues during deliberations. While these claims are described as grave, no independent body has officially found the allegations to be proven.
