Carirubana authorities review municipal ordinances with professional guilds
The Carirubana Municipal Council (Concecarirubana), led by President Ángel González, held a public consultation session at the Falcón State College of Accountants to discuss updates to the municipality's legal framework.
The session included technical and fiscal support from the Municipal Integrated Superintendency of Taxes of Carirubana (SUMITCA), represented by Superintendent Javier Peña Díaz. The discussions focused on four key legislative pillars:
• Special Ordinance for Fiscal Incentives, Debt Regularization, and Investment Promotion: Aimed at providing payment facilities, waiving surcharges, and attracting new commercial investments. • Ordinance on the Alcohol Sales Regime and Administrative Fees: Designed to regulate activity, promote coexistence, and improve road safety. • Reform of the Urban Real Estate Tax Ordinance: Intended to align regulations with current economic realities and ensure equitable taxation. • Reform of the Architecture, Urbanism, Construction, and Demolition Ordinance: Focused on urban modernization, simplifying residential and industrial procedures, and visual urban planning.
