Carla Jade retains Misfits Boxing lightweight title

Carla Jade retained her Misfits Boxing women’s lightweight title following a unanimous decision victory over Erika Night on October 10 in London. The bout, held at the Copper Box Arena, was contested over five rounds.

Judges scored the match 48-47, 48-47, and 49-46 in favor of Jade. While Night applied consistent pressure and forced Jade into defensive exchanges along the ropes, Jade utilized her experience to land cleaner combinations and control the tempo of the fight.

The victory allows the London-based fighter to maintain her position at the top of the Misfits lightweight division. This defense follows a series of competitive matches for Jade, including a split-decision victory over Taylor Starling and a draw against Melanie Shah.
