Carla Visi to perform at Réveillon AYÓ in Salvador

Singer Carla Visi will perform at the Réveillon AYÓ event on December 31 at the Museum of Modern Art of Bahia (MAM) in Salvador. Her performance, titled ‘FEMININAxé – Força e Ancestralidade Feminina no Axé’, is designed to celebrate the women who shaped the history of Axé Music and paved the way for new generations of artists.

The repertoire will feature songs by influential female voices in Brazilian music, including frevos popularized by Gal Costa and Elba Ramalho, as well as works by Diana Pequeno and Amelinha. The setlist also includes generational hits such as ‘Madagascar Olodum’ and ‘Beleza Rara’.

The event, located by the Bay of All Saints, will also feature singer Dan Miranda and serves as a precursor to Visi’s upcoming 40th career anniversary in 2027.
