Carlo Bo approached by center-left for Cuneo provincial elections

In preparation for the provincial elections scheduled for late November, the center-left coalition in the Cuneo region is reportedly considering Carlo Bo for a position on the ‘La Nostra Provincia’ list. Bo, the former mayor of Alba and a current minority councilor, has a political background associated with the center-right.

The proposal involves Bo running as a provincial councilor rather than for the presidency. While the move could serve as a political signal to local administrators and voters regarding the political balance between Alba, Cuneo, and surrounding municipalities, Bo has indicated he does not intend to pursue the role, stating that the provincial council is not among his current priorities.
