Carlo Calenda to visit Calabria for European politics book tour

Carlo Calenda, national secretary of Azione, will visit the Calabria region for two events centered on the presentation of his new book, “Difendere la libertà. L’ora dell’Europa” (Defending Freedom. The Hour of Europe).

The first meeting is scheduled for October 23 in Vibo Valentia at the Museo dell’Arte Sacra Valentianum as part of the Festival del sud. Calenda will engage in a dialogue with journalist Enrico De Girolamo regarding European integration, democratic systems, and the protection of freedoms.

The second event will take place on October 24 in Crotone at the municipal council hall. During this session, Calenda will discuss political perspectives and the future of the European Union with political analyst Antonella Grippo.
