Carlo D'Ugo appointed health director of Asl Teramo

Carlo D’Ugo has been appointed as the new health director for the Asl of Teramo, succeeding Francesco Delle Monache, who has transferred to the Asl of Pescara.

D’Ugo, 54, previously led the oncology department and the Radiotherapy Uoc. His new role involves overseeing clinical programming and service efficiency across the Teramo province, including areas such as Giulianova and Roseto degli Abruzzi. Key priorities for his tenure include addressing long waiting lists for medical examinations and improving the rational management of operating rooms to optimize hospital resources.
