Carlos Alcaraz to lead Spain in Davis Cup Finals

Carlos Alcaraz is expected to lead the Spanish national team in the Davis Cup Finals in Bologna. Captain David Ferrer has reportedly selected four of the five players for the tournament, with the final spot to be determined following the Paris Masters.

The projected lineup includes Alcaraz and rising star Rafa Jódar for singles matches, while Marcel Granollers and Pedro Martínez are expected to compete in doubles. This marks Alcaraz’s return to the competition after missing the previous edition due to injury.

Spain, seeded second, aims to secure its seventh Davis Cup title. The Final 8 tournament is scheduled to take place from November 24 to 29, with Spain’s campaign beginning against Austria on November 26.
