Carlos Alcántara discusses personal pain following marriage separation

Peruvian actor and comedian Carlos Alcántara has spoken about the emotional difficulties he is facing after ending his 31-year marriage to Jossie Lindley. During an interview on the podcast ‘La Parrilla del Loco’, Alcántara described the separation as a painful process, noting that the end of the relationship also meant the loss of the extended family he had built over three decades.

Alcántara also addressed public speculation regarding his social life. He expressed discomfort with media portrayals that suggest he spends his time partying, denying that he goes out constantly and stating that he simply has many female friends. In response, journalist Magaly Medina commented that the actor frequently visits popular venues like Barranco Bar, where he is often seen by reporters.
