Carlos Baleba nears Manchester United debut ahead of Tottenham clash

Manchester United midfielder Carlos Baleba is nearing a debut following his recovery from a minor ankle injury. The 22-year-old Cameroon international, signed from Brighton & Hove Albion for £70 million, recently participated in a closed-door match against Lausanne-Sport as part of his rehabilitation process.

Baleba is expected to be available for United’s upcoming Premier League fixture against Tottenham Hotspur on October 10. His return provides a potential boost to Michael Carrick’s midfield, which has struggled with consistency and physical presence in recent matches. Baleba is noted for his aggressive playing style, tackling ability, and capacity to cover large areas of the pitch.
