An Ipsos poll conducted July 2‑3, 2026 surveyed 460 residents of Lima with a margin of error of ±4.6 %. The poll shows Carlos Bruce of Somos Perú, the current mayor of the Surco district, topping the list with 14 % support if the municipal election were held tomorrow.

Samuel Daza of Fuerza Popular and Luis Rubio of Renovación Popular each register 10 % backing. Behind them, Francis Allison (Avanza País) has 9 %, Ricardo Belmont (Obras) 8 %, Susel Paredes (Ahora Nación) 7 %, former interior minister Daniel Urresti (Podemos Perú) 5 %, Oswaldo Vargas (Juntos por el Perú) 3 % and Alberto Tejada (Acción Popular) 2 %. The remaining registered candidates together account for 6 % of voter intention.
