Carlos Rottemberg presents new book on 50 years of theater

Theater producer Carlos Rottemberg presented his new book, ‘Pasen y lean. 50 años de teatrista y algo más’, at the Teatro Liceo in Buenos Aires. The event was attended by numerous figures from the entertainment industry, including Mirtha Legrand, Graciela Borges, and Adrián Suar.

The book, published by Editorial Losada, offers a personal and unfiltered reflection on five decades in the theater industry. Rottemberg described the work as a real look at what happens behind the scenes, noting that it does not shy away from industry conflicts or the ‘side B’ of the profession. The text includes personal anecdotes, specific names, and reflections on the activity of theater production.

During the presentation, segments of a prologue written by the late Luis Brandoni were read aloud. The event also featured remarks from industry representatives, including the president of Argentores and leaders from theatrical associations, who highlighted Rottemberg’s role in defending culture and his contribution to the national performing arts scene.
