Carlos Sobera reveals rural background on ‘First Dates’

During a recent episode of the dating show ‘First Dates’, a 27-year-old laboratory technician named María shared her desire to move to Asturias and live on a farm, noting her specific fondness for cows.

Host Carlos Sobera reacted to her confession by sharing that he has a family of farmers in Burgos and has spent significant time working in the countryside, stating, “A mí me atraen mucho las vacas” (I am very attracted to cows). His unexpected connection to rural life surprised the show’s production team and waitresses, who expressed disbelief regarding his background.
