Carme Gomila named Ara Més candidate for Spanish Congress

The Ara Més federal committee has officially ratified Carme Gomila as the party's candidate for the Spanish Congress in the upcoming elections on November 29. Gomila succeeds Vicenç Vidal, who previously led the list.

Gomila, a political science graduate and former Manacor city councilor, will head the Ara Més-Front Ampli coalition. This electoral alliance includes Sumar and Esquerra Unida, though Podem is not part of this specific unity candidacy. Gomila stated her commitment to representing the interests of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera within state institutions.
