Carmelo Hayes discusses wrestling career and Baron Corbin rivalry

Reflecting on his career, Hayes shared that he began pursuing wrestling at age nine despite being told his ambitions were impossible due to his size. He encouraged others to pursue their dreams regardless of skepticism, noting that he drew inspiration from wrestlers like Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero, and Rey Mysterio.

Regarding his current professional activities, Hayes addressed his upcoming matchup against Baron Corbin. A Massachusetts native, Hayes expressed that Corbin is not welcome in Boston and joked that the wrestler “might be worse than the Yankees.”
