Carmen Electra returns to Playboy 30 years after debut

Actress and model Carmen Electra has returned to Playboy for the magazine’s Summer 2026 issue, marking three decades since her initial appearance in 1996. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Electra discussed the production, noting she was styled as a Playboy Bunny for a shoot set at The Abbey in West Hollywood. She opted for a leopard print Roberto Cavalli costume and joked about her growing collection of bunny outfits.

Electra described the costume as being extremely tight, remarking, “When you’re actually wearing the costume, you cannot breathe. They don’t want you to breathe.” She also noted a humorous exchange with the current house Bunny, who suggested that Electra’s celebrity status allowed her slightly more breathing room than a standard Playmate would receive.

In addition to her Playboy return, Electra is also reuniting with the Wayans brothers for the 2026 installment of the Scary Movie franchise.
