Carmen Solorio leads theatre workshop at University of Guanajuato

As part of the Universiada Cervantina 2026, actress, playwright, and director Carmen Solorio García conducted an express stress-relief workshop at the University of Guanajuato. The session, held at the Eugenio Trueba Central Library, utilized theatrical techniques as tools for emotional expression and stress management.

Participants engaged in exercises focused on breathing, movement, voice, and spatial awareness. The workshop aimed to help students identify physical tensions and develop confidence through group dynamics. The session also fostered discussions regarding female solidarity and the importance of creating safe spaces for free expression.
