Premios Juventud 2026 nominations unveiled for first European ceremony
The 23rd edition of Premios Juventud will be held on 3 September 2026 at the Starlite Amphitheater in Marbella, Spain – the first time the Latin‑music awards will take place outside the Americas. The event is part of the new week‑long PJ Fest, which runs from 29 August to 3 September with concerts and fan experiences in Miami, Houston, Los Ángeles and Marbella.
Voting opened on 28 July and remains open until 10 August via the official Premios Juventud website. The ceremony will be broadcast live in the United States on Univision, UNIMÁS, Galavisión, YouTube and ViX (and on Canal 5 in Mexico). A total of 338 artists are nominated across 50 categories, including a new “Creator de España” award.
Mexican singer Carín León leads the field with nine nominations, followed by Colombian Beéle, Puerto‑Rican Kany García and Rauw Alejandro with seven each. Venezuelan acts Elena Rose and Rawayana each received five nominations, while Spanish artists Quevedo, Rosalía and Aitana also earned multiple nods. Dominican music is strongly represented, with at least 16 Dominican nominees such as Romeo Santos, Prince Royce, Natti Natasha and El Alfa.
