Caro Calvagni discusses motherhood and social pressure

Caro Calvagni, wife of footballer Nicolás Tagliafico, has spoken publicly about the social pressure women face regarding motherhood. During an appearance on the streaming program ‘Sería Increíble’, Calvagni addressed the constant inquiries she receives from both public and private circles regarding starting a family.

Calvagni noted that the scrutiny may be heightened due to the culture within professional football, where players' families often establish their households at a very young age. She explained that she views her life in distinct stages, having prioritized her personal projects, travel, and her relationship during her 20s.

Now in her 30s, Calvagni stated that she and Tagliafico are prepared to become parents, noting, “We want to be parents, we are prepared, obviously, but I feel there is a lot of social pressure with children.”
