Ícaro Silva portrayed as Robinho in new ‘Tremembé’ series images

Amazon Prime Video has released first images from the second season of the series ‘Tremembé’, which depicts life inside the Dr. José Augusto César Salgado penitentiary in São Paulo, Brazil. The production focuses on high-profile inmates involved in major criminal cases.

Actor Ícaro Silva will portray former footballer Robinho, who is serving a nine-year sentence following a conviction for gang rape. The promotional images show the character participating in a football match within the prison grounds. The new season will also feature Giovanna Antonelli as Dominique Scharf and João Vicente de Castro as Thiago Brennand.

Other notable figures depicted in the series include Suzane von Richthofen and Elize Matsunaga. While an official release date has not been confirmed, reports suggest the second season may arrive in 2027.
