Carola Häggkvist details stalking experiences in new autobiography

In her new autobiography, ‘Jag är Carola’, singer Carola Häggkvist details her history of being targeted by stalkers. She describes a particularly harrowing incident at her former villa in Uppsala, where a man attempted to force his way into her home during a physical struggle at the door.

The intruder, who had previously harassed her and her then-husband, Runar Sögaard, reportedly became enraged and threw stones at the house after being denied entry. Police eventually arrived and arrested the man, who was later sentenced to forensic psychiatric care.
