Carola Häggkvist marks 60th birthday with new film and concerts

Swedish singer Carola Häggkvist is preparing for a major series of career milestones, including her 60th birthday on September 8. These events include the release of a documentary titled 'Carola!', an autobiography titled 'Jag är Carola', and a series of concerts titled 'Cirkus Carola' held at her farm in Vejbyslätt, Skåne.

In the upcoming documentary, Häggkvist reveals personal family history, including the fact that her mother suffered from postpartum depression and that she was briefly left away as a newborn, a detail she only learned as an adult.

To celebrate her milestone birthday, Häggkvist will perform a sold-out concert at Södra Teatern, a venue significant to her early career. Additionally, her daughter Zoe Häggkvist recently shared that she is in a romantic relationship during the film's premiere.
